Role Purpose: Provide comprehensive support to the HR Business Partner role to manage the business requirements to enhance the organizational and people capability and engagement. In addition, enabling the functions/ teams to perform with high effectiveness and ownership to deliver the business agenda while ensuring alignment with the Company’s SC&O strategies.
The Basic requirements:
Degree in HR Management or Business
3 years of Experience.
FMCG background or Beverage industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills, bilingualism strongly preferred.
Support in implementing HR strategy
How to assist in manpower planning process
Follow up with line managers/recruitment
Coordinate & Support the HRBP.
Partner with line managers in performance appraisals, employee recognition programs and disciplinary procedures.
