◘ Minimum 3 yrs. of work experience in the same field
◘ Knowledge of UAE Customs, Cargo Clearance and VAT Claim Process
◘ Managing & handling the documents required for the specific customer/country: i.e., order acknowledgement, Bill of lading, Bill of Entry commercial invoice, packing list, delivery advice, LPO, etc.
◘ Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
◘ Maintaining track of all the shipments and tackling issues effectively enabling to make the supply chain as efficient as possible.
◘ Receiving shipment invoices, verifying against the purchase orders for accuracy.
