ï§To lead a team to attain the objectives of the Unit in totality by developing new and existing business, maintaining portfolio quality and regular reviews.
ï§Manage, conduct and develop account relationship with the portfolio of accounts assigned.
ï§Manage, administer and monitor utilization of credit facilities in corporate accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets.
ï§Conducting periodic review of credit files and reports. Preparation/ renewal of credit lines, presentation to appropriate authorities for approval and upon approval advice to the customer/Credit Administration and other operational units/branches.
ï§Documentation / updating of securities, security valuations, renewals of insurance policies and ensure safe keeping of security documents.
ï§Follow up and regularization of past dues, temporary accommodations and excesses over limits.
ï§Supervision of all procedural work and submission of returns and other data relating to the allocated portfolio for purpose of reviews and audit.
ï§Co-ordination of customer activities with different departments of the Bank.
ï§Regular visits to clients for inspection of business, liaison with owners and development of business prospect.
ï§Ensure Optimum channel utilization.
ï§Mobilisation of new business (both assets and liabilities) and cross sell Bankâs products.
ï§Work out remedial solutions for âSMâ and Classified accounts under the portfolio, with a view to monitor and regularize the accounts to prevent further provisions and progressively upgrade.
ï§Training and development of line staff.
ï§Any other responsibility that may be assigned.

ï¾ Long experience as Senior Manager handling credit responsibilities in Bank/Financial Institution.
ï¾ Good communication skills (written/spoken) in English language.
ï¾Computer literate â Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet.
ï¾Good Interpersonal relations with pleasing personality.
