Position: Human Resources Manager
· Proven experience as HR Director, HR Manager.
· Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
· Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
· Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
· A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
· Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
· BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources, CIPD, SHRM, CHRP will be a plus
• Strong technical abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on attitude along with great leadership abilities.
• High energy level and have a proven ability to educate other members of management team, CEO and board of directors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player that is easy to approach and able to deal effectively with all types of personalities.
