We are looking for an Admin Officer with min 4 years of experience in Construction industry. 

primary responsibility:

1.Employee database management
2.Employee onboarding and exit formalities
3.Air ticketing and hotel reservations
4.Facilities maintenance
5.Employee transport arrangements
6.Preparing Full and Final settlement
7.Staff leave Management & Payroll
8.Tracking of phone and fax
9.Maintains employee passports and personal files
10.Visa stamping formalities

Requirements
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree and additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
