This is a clerical position at the Pulman Hotels and resorts . This position will function as a focal communication source. Greets and directs patients, families, and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Communicates patient care information to appropriate parties in a timely manner and maintains necessary forms and supplies required at Reception area. Answers telephones, directs calls and takes detailed messages. Acts as a communication link between the Provider, Nurse, and Clinic Manager. Ensures current patient information is accurate by completion of information forms by patients, insurance cards copied, and co-pays and patient balances collected.
Promotes customer satisfaction through appropriate communication, coordination of patient care related concerns and focus on patient needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image through an efficient cooperative approach to all tasks. Will present an professional approach, appearance, a friendly smile and pleasant tone of voice. Operating as an active part of the team and using constructive problem solving, maintains confidentiality.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Excellent customer service skills and a team player is a must.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
