• Coordinate all jobs assigned by MD.
• Handle diary management of MD and send reminders whenever required.
• To arrange for ticket booking, visa arrangement and hotel accommodation for any overseas guests coming to meet the MD.
• Composes and distributes meeting notes, correspondence, and reports.
• Locates and attaches appropriate file to incoming correspondence requiring reply.
• Files correspondence and other records.
• Compiles and maintains lists and records of the communications in the respective folder in the computer.
• Records and types minutes of meetings as and when required.
• Smart professional appearance at all times
• Knowledge in presentation programs
• English Language (Both Written and Verbal)
• Attached your Personal CV with Photo when Applying
