Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers needs.

Responsible to handle Customer Queries through different channels them in best possible manner.

Responsible to ensure all data in encoded in CRM / Excel as per the requirement by the management.

Responsible to learn new things and provide with Innovative Ideas and suggestions to improve on the Business Process


Job Requirements :


Previous experience in a customer support role

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

systems and practices

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Open to Asian nationality Indian, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri lanka and Philippine
