To answer telephone calls and take messages
To schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars and inform the manager
Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors and organize the meeting.
To copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
To handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
Must have experience in Microsoft office.
Should resolve problems related with administration.
Effectively respond to clients on their inquires.
A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
