This is a clerical position at the Hotel. This position will function as a focal communication source. Greets and directs costumers, families, and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Communicates costumer care information to appropriate parties in a timely manner and maintains necessary forms and supplies required at Reception area. Answers telephones, directs calls and takes detailed messages. Acts as a communication link between the Provider, cashier, and Hotel Manager. Ensures current Clint information is accurate by completion of information forms by clints, insurance cards copied, and co-pays and costumers balances collected.

Promotes customer satisfaction through appropriate communication, coordination of customers care related concerns and focus on customers needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image through an efficient cooperative approach to all tasks. Will present an professional approach, appearance, a friendly smile and pleasant tone of voice. Operating as an active part of the team and using constructive problem solving, maintains confidentiality.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent customer service skills and a team player is a must.
