Provide general support to the CEO Office including agenda setting, key decision making/informational items requested by the team, completion of standard reporting, tracking decisions and ensuring all follow up items are completed.
Support RISKTAL's Division's Directors administratively.
Compile and coordinate materials to be submitted to Executive meetings.
Assist in research, preparation, and written documentation for special projects, presentations and meetings.
Support the preparation and management of reports requested by stakeholders regularly and on ad hoc basis.
Hold meetings with departments to gather and validate data.
Maintain a repository of all reports.
Act as a liaison with visiting VIP guests.
Draft correspondence based on a general outline of points, and prepares PowerPoint and other presentations as needed.
Ensure proper and timely routing of purchase requests, phone calls and daily mailings; prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Assist with planning/preparation for special events (i.e. the Firm's meetings, social gatherings) and executive meetings.
Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve effectiveness, produce quality work and anticipate the needs of the CEO Office.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Attributes that might give you an edge
Bi-lingual capabilities (English and Arabic).
Bachelor's degree preferred with 4 years of relevant experience.
In the absence of a Bachelor degree, a high school or associate degree will be considered with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
