Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Register the clients in software and assist to call center for follow up the clients
Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English.
Computer literacy at intermediate level and a good understanding of MS Office
Previous experience in a service environment will be an advantage
Ability to function effectively under pressure
Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to set deadlines.
Behavioral Competencies: candidate will be professional and show professionalism at all times. The candidate will show a high level of integrity and responsibility for this role. Punctuality is a must.
