We are in search for an Admin Clerk to perform the tasks in one of our international clients Administration department, including but not limited to :-

Filing, data input, documentation distribution, completion of customs entries.

Full admin support on a daily basis to all team members.

Responsibilities Administrator including but not limited to :-

Input data to tracking reports
Input purchase invoices to freight management software
Documentation distribution to internal offices
Export NES entries.
Scanning documentation to relevant locations.

Page 3 :forming part of this work scope, provides an example of day to day activities, whose priorities shall be set on a daily basis, which may also encompass other administrative duties.
Attitude A team member required who demonstrates/ is able :-

To prioritise , plan and manage/monitor their given tasks on daily basis.
A confident, professional and self motivated flexible manner.
Enjoys working in a fast pace, changing and demanding environment.
Has a proactive 'can do' attitude.
Sense of responsibility.
Tolerance of stress, stays focused under pressure
Ability to build rapport with Projects team, subcontractors etc.
Skills The suitable candidate should be equipped with:-

Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel. IBM Notes preferable.
Minimum accurate typing speed of 60 wpm.
Attention to detail, accurate / methodical approach to duties.
Excellent communicative skills in an articulate / effective manner.
Able to meet time sensitive deadlines set.
Able to work within the team, and/or take the initiative and work on specific tasks alone.
