Management and maintenance of office premises, fixtures, furniture and equipment (non IT).
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing and controlling correspondences; procurement of stationaries and supplies; management of telecommunication services.
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
Management of premises accesses for new staff, visitors and leavers.
Support in Company’s corporate matters i.e. legal requirements from ACRA and insurance coverage.
Organize company events and engagement activities.
Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time
Human Resources :
Design, develop, implement and review HR and Admin policies & procedures
Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plans and system for HR & admin department
Ensure HR policies comply with current Employment Act and government regulations
Develop and administer department budget and monitor expenditures
Responsible for overall manpower planning and recruitment of employees
Responsible for all staff payroll administration function such as tax returns, CPF contributions, etc
Identify the training needs of employees, develop and manage employee training program and recommend improvement in program structure and activities
Administer welfare matters and organize staff activities
Conduct employees counseling, handling employee grievances and disciplinary problems
Oversee the collation /update of SOP, Job Description, Employee Handbook, and ISO matters
