Job Description:
This is a clerical position at the Lebanon Clinic. This position will function as a focal communication source. Greets and directs patients, families, and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Communicates patient care information to appropriate parties in a timely manner and maintains necessary forms and supplies required at Reception area. Answers telephones, directs calls and takes detailed messages. Acts as a communication link between the Provider, Nurse, and Clinic Manager. Ensures current patient information is accurate by completion of information forms by patients, insurance cards copied, and co-pays and patient balances collected.

Promotes customer satisfaction through appropriate communication, coordination of patient care related concerns and focus on patient needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image through an efficient cooperative approach to all tasks. Will present an professional approach, appearance, a friendly smile and pleasant tone of voice. Operating as an active part of the team and using constructive problem solving, maintains confidentiality.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Excellent customer service skills and a team player is a must.

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
