the Projects Manager will oversee the :
--development, planning, coordination, administration, and implementation of projects- Retail outlets/ Office space/ HVAC/ Facility management/maintenance/ Civil projects/ Electrical/ etc...
--Incumbent will lead medium to large capital projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, procuring, executing, and managing of assigned resources.
--Work requires supervising and monitoring performance of a regular ongoing projects and group of employees, and oversight of resources.
--Duties include managing all aspects of capital construction projects, leading the planning, prioritization, and implementation of assigned projects; defining the project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and project tasks and resource requirements; planning and scheduling project timelines..etc..
