Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required.
MCSA: Office 365 is recommended.
At least three (3) years of experience in providing IT\Desktop support.
At least One (1) year experience in troubleshooting “Entrust Datacard” CD800 & SP75 Plus ID Card Printers is recommended.
Managing End-users through centralized management solution (CA Client Automation) is recommended.
Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and Desktop support.
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
General Roles and Responsibilities
Installing, managing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all hardware, such as computers - Desktops, Laptops, IP Telephony, Tablets, and Peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Multi-Functions, Optical Drives, and PDAs...etc.).
Installing, managing, maintaining ID Card Printers\Kiosks in all ID Card branches including other related peripherals and systems.
Installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all software and applications used in the organization.
