Due to business growth there is an immediate requirement for an experienced Relationship Manager-General Insurance to join the business.
The Relationship Manager will support the Unit Head in achieving the company�s general insurance sales targets. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of developing teams and holding strong communication skills at a moderate level in the insurance industry, preferably Non-Life.
Duties of the Relationship Manager �General Insurance include:
� Point of contact and new business support for all general insurance queries from Life insurance sales teams.
� Responsible for getting right quotations from the insurance companies and helping the sales people to close the business.
� Continue to service and generate additional revenue from existing corporate clients.
� Support, monitor and help in closing GI business.
� Arrange and liaise with insurance companies for the training on GI products.
� Develop cross selling opportunities for the existing book of business
� Closely liaise with the accounts team and develop parameters to control the credit risk of GI business.
Experience and skill sets required:
To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in roles such as General Insurance � Sales.
� 5 years� experience in sales, preferably in Health insurance.
� Good knowledge of different lines of general insurance business.
� Demonstrate excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation skills
� Desired knowledge on Business Compliance
� Excellent Business English
� Email/Internet, MS Office,
� Ability to understand the product difference for various non-life insurance offerings
