Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Sabre or Galileo or Amadeus
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in Issue, Reissue and EMD
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for customers by GDS system.
Provide ticketing for customer and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible
Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
Be responsive to customers needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
Note: Freshers who has knowledge in Ticketing ( In any of the GDS mentioned above) can apply.
