Maintain a customer base
Loading sales contracts & generating invoices from Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting system
Allocating & reconciling cash receipts against relevant invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting system
Customer reporting as required
Scanning and filing of sales application contracts
Assisting Management accountant in scanning and filing other contracts.
Other ad hoc duties, as required Skills and strengths required:
Good system knowledge, ledgers and journals
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
On hand experience of any ERP solution will be given preference
Good communication skills
The right candidate must be at least a commerce graduate. Salary range will be 3-4 K based on experience and skills.
