Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
Promotes Inter-Hotel Sales and In House facilities.
Records and update reports.
Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures.
Attends to guest requests and queries.
Handles Minor guest complaints.
Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
Makes sure to apply the departmental standards and procedures.
Responsible for correct guest message or info handling.
Has full knowledge of any special promotion, all internal memos and activities.
