Responsible for supervising of all aspects of the food and beverage outlets and their functions, in accordance with standards.
What you will be doing
The food & beverage supervisor's main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction. This will be achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous, flawless service. They will be responsible for other duties as assigned.
NOTE: This position should be considered supervisory in nature -- administrative tasks should be limited to scheduling with knowledge of the budget progress report. The restaurant supervisor should be on the floor at all times.
Education & Experience
Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Minimum of one year in hotel customer service role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Strong leadership skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
