As part of our Welcome Team you will be responsible for providing a friendly environment and memorable first impression to our clients!! You will welcome families, answer questions, and assist them as needed. You must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is very organized, self-motivated, and computer savvy. With continuous growth over the last several years we need someone who is adaptable. This is a fast paced environment, which often requires you to multitask. If you are outgoing, have a passion for helping people this may be the prefect job for you!
We are looking for someone to commit to a 40 hour a week schedule that includes working either Saturdays or Sundays. We do have growth opportunities within the company and believe strongly in promoting within. After 90 days employees are eligible to join our health care program and the company will cover 50% of that cost.
We have two locations and need someone who has their own transportation as sometimes you are required to go back and forth between two location.

Phone calls and emails are an extremely important part of this job

Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls/ voice mail, directing calls to the proper channels
Program Maintenance: inputting student levels, enforcing facility rules
Minor building care; overseeing laundry room, preforming daily safety checks, facility appearance checks and clean up
Communicating with higher level administrators
