Responsibilities include:
• Supervising and monitoring the performance of all warehouse staff
• Ensuring that all warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping, are done accurately and efficiently

• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed
• Team Supervision:
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff, ensuring an equitable distribution of workload.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve daily targets and maintain a high level of productivity.
