Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Process orders, modifications, and handle returns or exchanges
Escalate customer complaints to relevant departments as needed
Utilize computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Proficient in using computers
Experience working in customer support
