Operations and Business Development Manager Job Vacancy in Qatar

On behalf of our client a reputable hospitality company we are seeking for an experienced operations manager to oversee daily operations and business development activities in the Gulf regions. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team of talented front desk concierges who work relentlessly to create memorable experiences for our residents and clients.

The right candidate for this role is passionate about delivering the highest level of hospitality and achieving client satisfaction through relationship building, flawless communication and execution.

Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Leading and developing our current associates by representing our leadership principles

- Foster long-term meaningful relationships with clients

- Develop business opportunities including developing and implementing Marketing Plans, and working with our business development department to identify new business opportunities and to increase market share

- Responsible for interviewing, hiring and on-boarding new associates

- Respond to emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner

- Improve business processes across the department through the management of routine processes, including liaison with HR and our training department

Requirements:

- High EQ

- Great leader with a growth mindset

- Culture driven

- Proactive leadership style

- Extremely driven, disciplined and organized

- Flexible to travel to Houston if needed

- Amazing communicator and relationship builder

- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager

- Excellent time and project management skills

- Experience in the hospitality, hotel or multifamily industry is a plus

- BA/BS college degree or equivalent
