Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to our staff on a daily basis.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Collaborate with our team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly.
Assist with the maintenance of servers and networks
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure software and hardware

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a good knowledge of technical IT.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
