Role Context
This role manages financial reporting and compliance activities by ensuring accurate accounting records, supporting audits, and providing financial insights. It plays a key role in monitoring financial performance and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities
* Prepare monthly financial reports including journal entries and reconciliations
* Analyze work-in-progress and assess project profitability and cost efficiency
* Monitor financial performance and gross profit margins
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities
* Prepare financial analysis, reports, and key performance indicators

Ideal Profile
* Degree in Accounting or related discipline
* Experience in accounting and financial reporting roles
* Exposure to construction industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred
* Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
