Granor Passi (Pty) Ltd, a leading fruit processor in South Africa, its Head Office situated in Polokwane (Limpopo), seeks to employ an Administrative Clerk in Letsitele Factory (Limpopo) to efficiently provide an effective administrative support service for the factory.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general support to all areas of administration.
Handle general enquiries appropriately
File administrative information appropriately and timeously
Manage appropriate distribution of consumables.
Assisting other departments with all purchases by requesting quotes and comparing prices.
Capturing and process all orders and submit finalized invoices to creditors department, follow up on orders not finalised and invoices not yet received.
Orders and check and maintain stock levels and keep the stock inventory.
Data processing: Process order forms, manage invoices, manage the GRV's, proper filing, weekly inventory
Delivery and invoice reconciliation
Supplier evaluation done monthly.
General administration and reception when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 / N3 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
2 years experience in purchasing with at least one (01) year on SAGE
Ability to manage time and attendance
Strong Computer literacy
Strong administrative skills
Super telephone etiquette
Good communication skills
Time management skills
Able to handle pressure
