Deloitte is seeking motivated UAE Nationals to join our Brightstar Analyst Program in the Tax division. This role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in tax advisory and financial analysis within a globally recognized professional services firm. You will be responsible for processing financial transactions, analyzing financial information, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while developing essential leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions.
- Audit financial documents and update accounting records for accuracy.
- Maintain and analyze financial data to prepare accurate reports and statements.
- Ensure financial records comply with accepted accounting standards and firm policies.
- Assist in financial report preparation, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Monitor accounting control procedures and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
- Support the financial audit process by preparing necessary data and coordinating with auditors.
- Analyze business operations to identify financial trends and provide strategic insights.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from a reputable university (third-year students may also apply).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) are preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives.
