The role involves preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, coordinating with auditors, and driving process improvements within the finance function.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
* Conduct variance analysis and explain key financial drivers to stakeholders
* Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets
* Ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions in line with IFRS standards
* Oversee IFRS-compliant journal entries and account reconciliations
* Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
* Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
* Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, controls, and systems
* Stay updated on changes in IFRS standards and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (essential)
* Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent preferred
* Experience in preparing and analyzing IFRS-compliant financial statements
* Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of tax compliance and corporate governance practices
