Position Overview

The role involves conducting operational and financial audits, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and international standards. Key Responsibilities
• Perform operational and financial audits as per the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems across business functions.
• Review approval processes to ensure compliance with Group policies and delegated authority levels.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Prepare detailed audit work papers and reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results clearly to management and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
• Utilize audit software and tools such as SAP, MKinsight, and Alteryx for data-driven analysis.
• Conduct special assignments and fraud investigations when required.
• Support the Audit Manager in developing audit programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Profile
• Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACA), ACCA, MBA (Finance), CIA, or CFA qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in internal audit or related financial control roles.
• Thorough knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Proficient in ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
