Key Responsibilities

* Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on assigned aircraft components
* Follow standard operating procedures in alignment with technical manuals and safety regulations
* Maintain workshop tools, ensure equipment calibration, and uphold cleanliness standards
* Record work activities and inspections in maintenance management systems
* Support quality assurance and airworthiness compliance through accurate documentation
* Collaborate with other workshop teams to meet turnaround times and maintenance goals

Job Requirements

* Certification or vocational training in aircraft maintenance or mechanical trades
* Prior hands-on experience in at least one relevant workshop area (e.g., avionics, welding, upholstery)
* Familiarity with maintenance manuals, safety guidelines, and MRO systems
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Ability to work in shift-based schedules within a multicultural team
