Key Responsibilities

* Maintain workshop quality and safety standards in compliance with QCAA/EASA Part-145
* Follow standard procedures and meet productivity expectations
* Participate in identifying safety risks and support preventive actions
* Maintain tools and equipment and report malfunctions promptly
* Support team performance and communicate effectively with colleagues
* Handle general maintenance and workshop duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements

* High School Diploma or Vocational Qualification with at least 3 years of related experience
* Or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of job-related experience
* Practical knowledge of aircraft systems and workshop operations
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals and work instructions
* Capable of using diagnostic tools and workshop machinery
* Strong English communication skills
* Able to work independently under normal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic ICAO Type II License or trade-related certificates
* One or more years of experience in a certified airline workshop
* Recognized technical training in aviation maintenance
* Able to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive targets
