Core Duties
* Collaborate with airport and enterprise teams to gather requirements and design scalable IT solutions
* Create functional, technical, and security specifications for COTS and custom-built applications
* Participate in application design and architecture review with internal teams and solution providers
* Analyze and resolve operational incidents through root cause analysis and change control
* Oversee vendor engagement and ensure service-level compliance for third-party systems
* Manage application lifecycle support: testing, deployment, upgrades, training, and maintenance
* Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 standards for service management
* Contribute to system documentation, SOPs, and continuous process improvement
* Lead delivery of sub-projects or software components, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software development or application support
* Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT project methodologies
* Hands-on experience with client-server, web, or N-tier architecture
* Familiar with programming languages, data modeling, and database principles
* Proven experience supporting aviation, airport, or enterprise systems is preferred
* Agile/Scrum knowledge and ability to manage iterative delivery cycles
* Skilled in writing technical documentation and troubleshooting complex system issues
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
