Job Overview
As Cabin Services Trainer, you will be responsible for training Qatar Executive cabin crew through a blend of classroom, on-board, and online sessions. The goal is to maintain the highest levels of personalized service and safety onboard Qatar Executive’s luxury fleet. You will also collaborate on crew assessments, regulatory compliance, and support the recruitment and mentoring of new trainers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver new hire and refresher training programs for Qatar Executive cabin crew
* Facilitate classroom, online, and inflight sessions covering customer service, safety, and standard operating procedures
* Assess cabin crew performance, service delivery, and regulatory readiness through regular evaluations
* Keep training content updated with Qatar Executive’s brand and regulatory standards
* Provide real-time feedback and coaching to individual crew members
* Document all training activity in line with company auditing and compliance protocols
* Assist in team development, onboarding, and operational support of Cabin Services Training team
* Participate in flying duties and roster-based shifts as part of the role
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
OR
High school diploma with minimum 5 years of related experience
* Prior experience as a Cabin Crew Trainer or Coach is essential
* Business jet experience, including solo crew operation, strongly preferred
* In-depth knowledge of executive in-flight service delivery and aviation customer standards
* Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Willingness to work in shifts and perform flying duties
