**Captain or First Officer - Challenger 650 - Aviation Careers in Dubai****Role Summary**
DC Aviation Al-Futtaim is hiring experienced **Captain and First Officer Flight Crew for the Challenger 650** to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. This full-time opportunity offers a unique chance to be part of a high-performance, multinational aviation organization with operations centered at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). Candidates must have relevant ratings, flight hours, and strong command of both English and Russian.

**What You’ll Do**
* Operate Challenger 650 flights in accordance with international aviation regulations and company procedures
* Support the Commander in all flight decisions and take over control when necessary
* Monitor aircraft status,
fuel levels, technical readiness, and route familiarity
* Conduct pre-flight briefings, flight documentation, weather evaluation, and compliance checks
* Assist in accurate and timely completion of all required reports and logs
* Maintain professional standards and ensure passenger safety and comfort during every flight
* Work flexibly according to the roster requirements across international destinations
**Captain Requirements**
* Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL/IR (GCAA preferred)
* Current Challenger 650 type rating
* Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
* Minimum 3000 PIC hours total, with at least 1500 hours on Challenger 650
* Native Russian speaker with fluent English
* Deep understanding of commercial aircraft operations over land and oceanic routes
**First Officer Requirements**
* Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL/IR (GCAA preferred)
* Current Challenger 650 type rating
* Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
* Minimum 500 total flight hours
* Native Russian speaker with fluent English
* Strong knowledge of global flight regulations and aviation safety standards
**Ideal Profile**
* Organized, flexible, and capable of performing under high-pressure conditions
* Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills in VIP aviation environments
* Strong team spirit with cultural awareness and adaptability
