Position Overview
As a Cargo Interline and Partnerships Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence across interline shipments and supporting strategic partnerships within the Qatar Airways Cargo network. The role requires strong communication and data analysis capabilities, along with an in-depth understanding of air freight operations and industry collaboration.
What You’ll Do
* Manage queries and quotations related to cargo interline operations from internal teams and partner airlines
* Monitor shipment performance and resolve irregularities to ensure timely delivery
* Coordinate with legal teams and OAL partners on interline agreement documentation
* Prepare operating plans for launching new interline projects in collaboration with stakeholders
* Ensure Special Pro-Rate Agreements are updated and accessible to the network
* Support system improvements to enhance interline shipment visibility through track and trace tools
* Coordinate billing, settlements, and financial reconciliations with other airlines
* Maintain partnership logs to track progress, communication history, and pending actions
* Assist in optimizing strategic interline flows and ensuring minimal service disruptions
* Collaborate across pricing, sales, revenue management, and network operations to support smooth execution of interline cargo traffic
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Economics, or related field
* Fluency in English and Japanese business communication
* Prior experience or interest in aviation and air cargo logistics
* Proficient in data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
* Strong organizational and project management skills (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic setting
