Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and travel policies.
- Provide accurate and professional responses while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify customer concerns and offer effective solutions to enhance their travel experience.
- Stay up to date with airline policies, ticketing procedures, and reservation systems.
- Assist with outbound calls for special promotions, reminders, and follow-ups as required.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update booking details as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the airline or travel industry, specializing in ticketing and reservations.
- Bilingual fluency: English (B2+ level) and Arabic or Hindi speaker.
- Must be a graduate with a strong academic background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week on a rotational schedule.
