Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

Role Summary
Qatar Airways is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our multilingual contact center team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on providing professional, timely, and efficient customer service support via phone, email, and chat. Ideal candidates are fluent in German and English, have strong interpersonal skills, and can perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
* Deliver services in line with company standards and performance targets
* Manage calls efficiently in a high-volume contact center
* Support colleagues and contribute to team goals

Ideal Profile

* High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
* Proficiency in using GDS systems like Amadeus is a plus
* IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course certification is an advantage
* Excellent communication, typing, and active listening skills
* Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
* Positive, service-oriented attitude with adaptability to changing situations
* Capable of handling high-pressure scenarios while remaining courteous
