ERP Business Transformation Lead - Retail Operations Doha
Qatar Airways is looking for a skilled ERP Business Transformation Lead to drive the digitization and process optimization of retail operations across F&B, procurement, supply chain, IT, and warehouse management. Based in Doha, this role will lead ERP implementation efforts, process redesign, automation initiatives, and strategic alignment across business units, contributing to operational excellence at a global scale.

Job Overview
* Lead end-to-end transformation for assigned retail operations (F&B POS, Retail IT, SCM, WMS)
* Design new operating models, standardize business processes, and implement ERP-backed automation
* Partner with ERP teams and cross-functional departments to ensure strategic alignment
* Define project scopes, contribute to ERP vendor selection, and manage implementation risks
* Champion process redesign, change management, and digital maturity across operational functions
* Lead data cleansing, migration, governance, and KPI dashboard implementation
* Own future-state process design, ensuring simplification, touchless workflows, and audit readiness
* Coordinate training and transition activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
* Develop transformation roadmaps and support executive decision-making with detailed reporting
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies across business operations
Job Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
* Preferred: Professional qualifications in ERP, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management
Experience and Skills
* Minimum 6 years of experience in retail business operations including POS, procurement, SCM, WMS, and e-commerce
* Minimum 5 years in business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP)
* Strong knowledge of ERP rollout best practices, process mapping, and agile project management
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-vendor collaboration
* Experience with process automation, data governance, and dashboard reporting
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse stakeholders
