Job Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will develop financial models, conduct in-depth analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role supports annual budgeting, monthly reporting, contract reviews, and business case evaluations. You’ll also identify process improvements and ensure financial reporting aligns with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed financial models using advanced Excel and other BI tools
* Analyze actual revenue and expenses; produce variance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency across finance and business units
* Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership decision-making
* Define, monitor, and report KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Ensure consistency between financial accounting and internal management reporting
* Review annual budgets and evaluate proposals against corporate targets
* Assess contracts and agreements for financial compliance
* Consolidate financial results and support the budgeting cycle
* Perform other duties as directed by the Business Finance Manager
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
* High level of integrity and confidentiality handling financial information
* Self-motivated and capable of providing value-driven support to internal stakeholders
