Based in Doha, Qatar, this strategic role is responsible for managing analytics initiatives, building actionable dashboards using Power BI and Alteryx, and steering performance improvement efforts. Core Responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation of the Financial Business Intelligence (FBI) strategy for your assigned portfolio, aligned with company objectives
* Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, models, and visualizations in Power BI for senior leadership and key stakeholders
* Use Alteryx to create automated workflows, perform predictive analytics, and support financial decision-making
* Lead a team of analysts and collaborate with finance and business units to deliver actionable insights that drive performance
* Serve as a bridge between business needs and analytics capabilities, translating data into strategic recommendations
* Contribute to the development of annual FBI strategy, performance metrics, and best practices across the Finance Division
* Conduct regular reviews on data accuracy, quality, and analytics impact
* Present insights and trends to senior stakeholders, offering consultative feedback and optimization strategies
* Mentor junior analysts and advocate for continuous learning within the BI team
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles
* Minimum 5 years managing BI projects with Power BI and Alteryx, including dashboard publishing and automation
* Demonstrated ability to present complex performance insights to senior stakeholders
* Experience in digital transformation and continuous improvement within a finance or corporate setting
* Familiarity with data tools in Google Cloud Platform such as BigQuery ML, AutoML, and AI Platform
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through storytelling with data
* Experience working with finance functions is an advantage
Technical Certifications (Preferred)
* Alteryx Designer Core or Advanced Certification
* Power BI Qualified Associate or Certified Professional
