Position Summary
* Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic financial clarity
* Build dynamic financial models and investment business cases that inform executive decision-making
* Perform scenario planning, variance analysis, and risk assessments across corporate units
* Present monthly financial performance updates, uncover trends, and influence commercial strategy
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to evaluate cost structures, pricing, and capital efficiency
* Ensure alignment with internal policies and support audit readiness through robust financial documentation
* Deliver meaningful insights that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
* Manage and mentor junior finance staff while engaging closely with C-level executives
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years of relevant experience (or Diploma with 9+ years)
* At least 5 years in a managerial role with proven success in commercial finance or business control
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), especially within a sales-driven organization
* Solid experience in financial reporting, cost control, and internal finance governance frameworks
* Exceptional Excel modeling and presentation skills; experience with enterprise finance tools is a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence executive decisions
* Fluent in English with the confidence to present financial insights to senior management
