**Role Summary**
DC Aviation Al Futtaim is seeking a qualified **First Officer - Boeing 737** to join our elite flight crew team based at Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). This role demands operational precision, situational awareness, and the ability to perform under high-pressure aviation environments. As a Boeing 737 First Officer, you will support the Commander in all phases of flight, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.

**Core Duties**
* Assist the Commander in planning and executing safe flight operations
* Perform take-off data calculations and contribute to flight briefings
* Monitor fuel levels and ensure alignment with the Operational Flight Plan (OFP)
* Review weather conditions and adjust planning accordingly
* Verify technical status of the aircraft prior to departure
* Maintain compliance with international aviation regulations
* Support documentation tasks including OFP, flight logs, and post-flight reporting
* Maintain readiness to assume full flight control in emergencies or as delegated
* Participate in crew coordination and uphold the highest standards of communication and professionalism
**Candidate Requirements**
* Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL with Instrument Rating (GCAA preferred)
* Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
* Current type rating on Boeing 737
* Minimum 500 total flight hours
* Deep understanding of international aviation procedures over both land and oceanic routes
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Willingness to relocate to or reside in Dubai on a permanent basis
* Culturally aware with the flexibility to work on dynamic rosters and under pressure
