Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate technical proposals and suggest improvements to line management
* Assist in the development and standardization of operational procedures
* Investigate underperforming systems and carry out root cause analysis
* Support design reviews and commissioning activities in HVAC-related projects
* Ensure compliance with safety policies and contribute to HIA’s safety culture
* Recommend and monitor energy-saving measures in coordination with engineering teams
* Review maintenance contracts and identify performance gaps for improvement
* Maintain HVAC systems to meet operational demands across the airport

Job Requirements

* Diploma or vocational qualification with minimum 4 years of HVAC experience, or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience
* Experience with district cooling systems and airport operations preferred
* Strong knowledge of HVAC standards and codes such as ASHRAE
* Good English communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to investigate technical issues and propose practical solutions
