Qatar Airways is seeking a strategic and experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to join the MATAR team in Doha. This role will be instrumental in defining, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture, technology standards, and delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities

* Establish and govern IT infrastructure architecture aligned with MATAR’s strategic and operational objectives
* Define technical standards and frameworks for solution design, deployment, and IT service management
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance passenger experience and operational performance
* Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for IT infrastructure and security concerns
* Mentor technical teams and guide the adoption of scalable, resilient, and compliant infrastructure solutions
* Ensure alignment of new developments with MATAR standards, including cloud and on-premise integration
* Review and approve infrastructure design solutions for all ongoing projects, including HIA expansion initiatives
* Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of production environments
* Maintain architectural compliance with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ITIL frameworks
* Provide input for annual IT infrastructure budgeting and technology roadmaps

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or a related field
* Advanced certifications preferred: CCIE, CISSP, MCSE, Azure or AWS Solution Architect
* Experience in medium to large enterprise IT architecture and infrastructure management
* Expertise in multiple domains:
