Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Qatar Executive Doha
Qatar Airways is hiring a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to support the Qatar Executive fleet based in Doha. This role is responsible for maintaining aircraft airworthiness through the timely execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Salary: 18000–22000 QAR monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Qatar Executive aircraft
* Carry out inspections, prioritize defect rectification, and manage available personnel resources
* Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to resolve technical issues
* Ensure all work meets QCAA regulations and internal maintenance procedures
* Approve and release maintenance tasks to meet fleet readiness and safety standards
* Participate in continuous process improvements and technical problem-solving
* Travel when required to support off-base maintenance and aircraft troubleshooting
* Assist with GSE, tooling, and aircraft support planning
* Support additional tasks as instructed by the Maintenance Manager
Job Requirements
Education
* Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
* Holder of EASA or QCAA B1/B2 license (preferably B2 or B1/B2 with Airbus A320 CEO and V2500 engine rating)
Experience and Skills
* Minimum 5 years of certifying experience in aircraft maintenance
* Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance documentation
* Ability to work independently and prioritize technical tasks
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and safety compliance
* Willingness to travel and work on-call when required
