Job Overview
As the Loyalty Branded Products Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end design, financial planning, branding, and market launch of Qatar Airways Privilege Club branded products. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create a differentiated loyalty experience that drives customer acquisition, increases member engagement, and supports P&L objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute branded club strategies with a focus on revenue generation and customer loyalty
* Create business cases for new loyalty products and enhancements, including financial models and go-to-market plans
* Monitor key performance metrics such as enrolment, usage, redemption, and engagement of branded clubs
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences; use insights to propose new product concepts
* Build and manage partnerships with non-airline vendors to offer enriched member benefits and reward options
* Lead cross-functional project teams to launch new products, ensuring on-time delivery and brand alignment
* Review contracts and legal agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and commercial objectives
* Align marketing campaigns and communications strategies with Loyalty Marketing and Corporate Communications teams
* Ensure visual branding and positioning of clubs align with Qatar Airways brand standards and customer appeal
* Analyze campaign results, loyalty metrics, and market data to inform continuous product improvement
* Manage project timelines, launch calendars, and stakeholder communications for branded club initiatives
Job Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in loyalty programs, branded product development, or customer experience management
* Strong knowledge of loyalty economics, branded partnerships, and customer lifecycle marketing
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders
* Experience in financial modeling, business case creation, and campaign ROI analysis
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends within the aviation or hospitality sector
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
