Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the distribution of Privilege Club membership packs through Q-Post and OCS while maintaining service-level compliance
* Liaise with external vendors regarding packaging, stock levels, and special requests initiated by management
* Monitor monthly shipments and maintain accurate records for billing and stock replenishment
* Handle ad-hoc requests and print membership packs as required by senior stakeholders
* Resolve member queries and complaints regarding loyalty product operations within established timelines
* Conduct root cause analysis of escalated cases and propose system or process enhancements
* Maintain detailed logs of errors, issues, and resolutions for quality assurance and audit purposes
* Collaborate with the Loyalty Operations team to optimize QLAS and MSD systems, ensuring better query turnaround and member satisfaction
* Support quality control checks across contact centers, airport service desks, and ticketing offices, contributing to consistent service delivery standards
Candidate Profile
* High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR bachelor\'s degree with 2 years of experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
* Basic understanding of reservation and CRM systems
* Background in travel, tourism, or loyalty program operations preferred
* Multilingual ability beyond English and Arabic is a plus
* Experience in customer service or loyalty operations will be advantageous
