Loyalty Operations Coordinator - Customer Engagement

Position Overview
Join Qatar Airways’ award-winning Customer Engagement and Loyalty division in Doha as a Loyalty Operations Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting operational processes related to the fulfillment of Privilege Club membership packs and ensuring consistent service across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent coordination skills, and is passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences across loyalty services.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the distribution of Privilege Club membership packs through Q-Post and OCS while maintaining service-level compliance
* Liaise with external vendors regarding packaging, stock levels, and special requests initiated by management
* Monitor monthly shipments and maintain accurate records for billing and stock replenishment
* Handle ad-hoc requests and print membership packs as required by senior stakeholders
* Resolve member queries and complaints regarding loyalty product operations within established timelines
* Conduct root cause analysis of escalated cases and propose system or process enhancements
* Maintain detailed logs of errors, issues, and resolutions for quality assurance and audit purposes
* Collaborate with the Loyalty Operations team to optimize QLAS and MSD systems, ensuring better query turnaround and member satisfaction
* Support quality control checks across contact centers, airport service desks, and ticketing offices, contributing to consistent service delivery standards

Candidate Profile

* High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR bachelor\'s degree with 2 years of experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
* Basic understanding of reservation and CRM systems
* Background in travel, tourism, or loyalty program operations preferred
* Multilingual ability beyond English and Arabic is a plus
* Experience in customer service or loyalty operations will be advantageous
